A sculptural calla leaf alive with translucent greens, turquoise mineral tones and natural movement.
Inspired by the broad, sweeping form of the calla lily leaf, Verdigris Calla is individually shaped by hand to capture the folds, veins and gently curling edges found in the living plant.
This larger interpretation has a particularly fluid quality. Layers of botanical green are joined by soft turquoise tones created through mineral decoration, while a transparent glaze allows the colour to move and pool naturally across the sculpted veins and contours. The result changes beautifully with the light, revealing areas of depth, translucency and unexpected tonal variation.
Generous in scale and wonderfully tactile, each leaf can be displayed as a sculptural botanical piece or used as a decorative dish for jewellery, trinkets, keys and other treasured objects. Displayed together, the two leaves create a striking botanical arrangement, although each is entirely individual and may be purchased separately.
